At Royse + Brinkmeyer we believe we are providing residents with more than just an apartment. We're providing a home. We recognize that sometimes apartments can feel more limiting than homeownership, so we set out to solve this problem.

R+B@Home was started to give residents more flexibility. We offer accent wall painting and TV mounting to give residents more control over their home's appearance. And services like package delivery and laundry services save residents time.

Over the years we have seen many lovely long-term residents leave us because independent living had become too difficult. We wanted to bridge the gap between assisted and independent living by providing services like grocery shopping, cleaning, and handyman services.
