Do you offer discounts?

Not formally, but we are always open to a conversation! We have customers that have bundled together a few services on the same day which saves us a trip and we pass that savings along to them.

We will also occasionally run promotions, so make sure you keep an eye on Royse + Brinkmeyer's social media!

How much do your services cost?

Most of our services are priced at $25/hour or $35/hour(depending on the level of skill needed for the task) + materials. For example, walking a dog usually takes about an hour of our staff's time (including commute), so we charge $25 per visit.

 

For transparency and convenience, many of our services are charged at a flat rate. This is to give residents an idea of what to expect. 

What won't you do?

Our goal is to solve any problems our residents may have. So far, we haven't said no to a single request. Of course, not everything is possible. We like to use the example of installing an indoor hot tub as something we obviously would not be able to do.

Shouldn't maintenance be doing this?

We occasionally get requests that are actually things that Royse + Brinkmeyer's maintenance department take care of as a part of your lease. When this happens we will connect you with maintenance and they will take it from there!
