Do you offer discounts?
Yes!
Seniors (age 65+) get $10 off our hourly rates.
We also offer $10 off our hourly rates when bought in advance! So, if you know you are going to need 4 hours of help cleaning and running errands this month, you can purchase those ahead for $160 rather than our usual $200! A $40 savings!
We are also open to discussing quotes and will occasionally run promotions, so make sure you keep an eye on Royse + Brinkmeyer's social media!
What if I am not a Royse + Brinkmeyer Resident?
No problem! We offer all of our services (except for transportation) to non-residents as well at a different rate. Our move-out cleaning services have been popular with residents and non-residents alike! Get in touch to get your quote!
What won't you do?
Our goal is to solve any problems our residents may have. So far, we haven't said no to a single request. Of course, not everything is possible. We like to use the example of installing an indoor hot tub as something we obviously would not be able to do.
Shouldn't maintenance be doing this?
We occasionally get requests that are actually things that Royse + Brinkmeyer's maintenance department take care of as a part of your lease. When this happens we will connect you with maintenance and they will take it from there!
